Wendy is the Co-Owner of Full Out Collegiate Recruiting, where she leads business operations, marketing, and client communications with a strategic and creative approach. She co-founded Full Out with 2016 Olympian Houry Gebeshian, combining her professional experience with her deep connection to the gymnastics community.

As the mother of two gymnasts, Wendy understands the recruiting journey from the inside out. Her daughter Alyssa is a former gymnast now turned coach, a senior nursing student, and works in pediatrics at the Cleveland Clinic. Her son Alex is a sophomore at Simpson College, where he competes on the NCAA men’s gymnastics team. He is studying political science with plans to attend law school.

Wendy holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Kent State University and began her career in consulting across corporate and freelance environments. Today, she also serves as Marketing Director at Gymnastics World of Ohio and works as a graphic designer for a leading national pet brand. Her creative background in photography, videography, and design continues to fuel her passion for telling athlete stories and helping families navigate the recruiting process with confidence.
